Effective date: October 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information CUJO PRODUCTIONS LLC(“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at https://cujoproductionsllc.com, our business phone line, and our text message (SMS) program.
Who We Are
CUJO PRODUCTIONS LLC, doing business as CUJO Productions, is a Colorado limited liability company. We provide a managed follow-up and sales system for small Colorado contractors and home-service companies (roofers, HVAC, plumbers, electricians, and similar businesses). We are not an advertising agency.
Information We Collect
We collect information you give us and basic details about how you contact us:
- Contact details: your name, mobile phone number, email address, and business name.
- Messages and inquiries: what you tell us through web forms, email, text messages, or phone calls.
- Call information: our business line, (720) 706-7076, is answered by an AI voice assistant named Jessica. Your phone number, the time of your call, and information you share on the call may be stored in our CRM so we can follow up.
- SMS consent records: whether you agreed to receive text messages, and when and how you agreed.
- Basic website data: like most websites, our site and hosting platform may collect standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your calls, texts, emails, and inquiries.
- Send you information you asked for, such as a link with details about our services.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and callbacks.
- Follow up with you about our services, if you opted in.
- Keep records of your communication preferences, including opt-outs.
- Operate, maintain, and improve our services.
Text Messaging (SMS)

We use your mobile number to send (1) transactional/customer-care messages (replies, appointments, callbacks, follow-up on your inquiry) if you check the first consent box, and (2) promotional messages about our services if you separately check the second consent box. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or STOP PROMO for promotions only). Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. See our Terms of Service and SMS Terms at /terms-of-service.
No sharing of mobile information
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our messaging platform and carriers) that are needed to deliver the messages.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work:
- CRM and phone/messaging platform: GoHighLevel, provided to us through 10X Omni, which stores contact records and handles calls and text messages.
- Email provider: used to send and receive email.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business. None of these exceptions allow sharing of mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data for third-party marketing.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep information for as long as needed to serve you, maintain our business records, and honor your preferences (for example, we keep a record of opt-out requests so we don’t text you again).
How We Protect Information
We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls on our accounts and reputable service providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us.
- Access, correction, or deletion: email george@cujoproductionsllc.com to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We’ll respond within a reasonable time, subject to any records we’re legally required to keep.
